If your new dog clothes or dog accessories don’t fit perfectly, or your furry friend simply isn’t thrilled with their gift, you can easily return it to us.
 

You have the right to return your purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with Polish consumer protection law.
 

To qualify for a refund, the item must be new, clean, and undamaged, free of fur and any signs of wear. Please note that we do not accept cash-on-delivery return shipments.
